PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT 

The Planning Commission of Fairfield, Utah, shall hold a Public Hearing

on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter, at the Town Office, 121 West Main Street, Fairfield, Utah.

 

Notice of Public Hearing

The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments regarding a proposed text amendment related to conditional use permits. The amendments would modify several sections of the Fairfield Code to clarify and update conditional use permit procedures, review criteria, development standards, approval requirements, and related provisions. The proposed amendments are intended to improve the clarity, consistency, and administration of the Town’s conditional use permit regulations and may affect multiple sections of the Fairfield Code of Ordinances.

The proposed application, staff reports, and associated informational materials will be available for review on the Town’s website, https://fairfieldtown-ut.gov/, by September 3, 2026, at 5 pm.
