PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT
The Planning Commission of Fairfield, Utah, shall hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, @ 7:00 P.M., at the Town Office, 121 West Main Street, Fairfield, Utah.

The Fairfield Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on the following:
- Roads Regulations Title 6 Chapter 3 has been renumbered to Title 15, Chapter 152, Roads, Highways and Rights-of- Way Ordinance
- Site-Specific Development Zone (SSD)
- Text Amendment 154.105(E) Agricultural Residential Zones. Setbacks, building height, lot size, frontage, parking.
